Enrique Bermúdez “Piculabe”

Known as “El Piculabe”, he was born in the Pan Bendito neighborhood of Madrid and began singing at the early age of 7. With 25 he made his first professional work, he collaborated in the album “Benditos Desvaríos”, with Agustín Carbonell “El Bola” and Jorge Pardo jazz fused with flamenco. In 2008, he was signed by Universal Music, being in charge of the production Juan José Suarez “El Paquete”.

He has also collaborated with different artists of the flamenco world: Moraíto Chicho, Pepe Habichuela, Diego del Morao, Manuel Parilla, Jesús de Rosario. He has participated in different albums such as “Soy Flamenco” with Tomate and under the supervision of Paco de Lucia and Tomatito. In 2012 he played his second album “Cante y Sueña”, with the collaboration of Carlos de Jacoba and el niño Josele.

He is part of the company Antonio Gades in the works Carmen, Bodas de sangre and Suite flamenca, Fuego, Fuenteovejuna and Movimientos por bulerías.
